Job summary

Henmore Health Limited is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our autonomous clinical team across Ashbourne Surgery and Brailsford Surgery. This role emphasizes independent decision-making within a highly supported framework.

You will provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with GP registrars, ANPs, practice nurses, clinical pharmacists, and administrative staff, while benefiting from robust governance and operational infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration and NHS Performer List eligibility.
• Registration with the GMC is required to practice in the UK.
• Registration with the NHS National Performers List is desirable.
• Registration with a medical defence organisation is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous clinical care for routine and on-the-day GP appointments across two sites.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, and admin staff.
• Participate in regular governance meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work fluidly across Ashbourne Surgery and Brailsford Surgery with consistent processes.
