Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services at Danescourt, a six-bed community forensic step-down unit supporting individuals transitioning from secure settings toward community independence.

The post holder will work autonomously as the sole OT within the unit, delivering assessments, planning recovery and discharge pathways, and contributing to risk management with the MDT.
