Job summary

Fletcher George is seeking a Financial Controller in Egham, Surrey. This senior, autonomous role reports to owners and directors and oversees the Group's finance function across sites, ensuring robust controls and accurate reporting.

You will manage the finance team, lead monthly management accounts, budgeting, cashflow and statutory accounts, and provide commercial insight to support decisions. The role offers modern offices and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing group finance function and monthly management accounts.
• Strong cash flow management and financial controls.
• Ability to provide commercial insight to directors.
• Experience liaising with external accountants and auditors.
• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance team and integrity of group reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Co-ordinate annual audit and tax compliance.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
