Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Engineering Buyer in the UK to own the procurement function for engineered components, raw materials, tooling, and services. You will interpret drawings, BOMs and specs to ensure accurate purchasing and manage supplier relationships to drive value and on-time delivery.

The role is based on-site in the UK, reporting directly to the Board and collaborating with engineering, production and quality teams to meet rigorous technical standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in technical or engineering procurement for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOMs for purchasing.
• Strong negotiation of pricing, contracts and terms with suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end procurement management for production and custom engineering projects.
• Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and specs to ensure correct purchasing.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with key suppliers to balance cost and quality.
• Resolve supply chain bottlenecks, quality issues, and delivery delays while maintaining stock levels.
