Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Site Manager to take control of a circa £3m project in central Birmingham. You will manage labour and subcontractors on site, drive the programme and ensure works stay on schedule.

With direct access to the senior team and autonomy, you’ll maintain quality and health & safety standards while coordinating with the main contractor and other trades through to project completion. This is a hands-on role offering progression as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience running your own projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• The confidence to take ownership rather than needing to be micromanaged.

Responsibilities

• Managing labour and subcontractors on site
• Driving programme and ensuring works stay on schedule
• Maintaining quality and health & safety standards
• Coordinating with the main contractor and other trades
• Managing materials, site logistics and sequencing of works
• Reporting progress back to the Contracts Manager/Director
• Taking ownership of the project through to completion
