Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager from civils/highways to own end-to-end contract delivery on major highways projects, with clear development toward a senior position.

This hybrid role combines office, home and site work, liaising with manufacturing, clients and installation teams; coordinating drawings, parts lists, logistics, POs and labour. You will hold a CSCS Black Card and have proven leadership of delivery teams in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager or Project Manager in civils/highways.
• CSCS Black Card required.
• Proven ability to lead delivery teams and coordinate with clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end contract / project management from order to completion.
• Coordinate drawings, approvals, parts lists, logistics, POs and labour.
• Liaise with manufacturing, clients and installation teams.
• Hybrid role: mix of office, home and site.
