Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial Account Executive within the insurance market.

• Strong knowledge of property, liability and motor classes.
• Confident meeting business owners and finance directors.
• Long-term mindset with steady growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients in Northampton.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to placement.
• Handle renewals strategically to protect and expand income.
• Work closely with internal Account Handlers to deliver consistent service.
• Negotiate terms with insurers across a range of commercial classes.
• Build a reputation in the Northampton business community.
• This role focuses on building a sustainable book with long-term relationships.
