Job summary

NCPC (North Cumbria Primary Care) seeks an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Copeland NCPC team and deliver autonomous clinical care within a collaborative primary care setting.

You will assess and manage patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, prescribe appropriately, and work alongside GPs and the multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in advanced clinical practice required.
• Non-medical prescriber with current UK registration and NMC registration.
• Experience as an ACP in primary care or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous clinical decision-making.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe and refer where appropriate in line with guidelines.
• Collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain patient records accurately and adhere to data security policies.
