Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join its expanding Manchester team. You will take ownership of projects from instruction through to completion, delivering a broad range of Building Surveying services across Manchester and the Northwest.

You will work autonomously with clients, handling professional and project surveying tasks, condition surveys, dilapidations, and technical reports while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• MRICS / Chartered Building Surveyor status required.
• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying expected.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a broad range of Building Surveying services across Manchester and the Northwest.
• Undertaking condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence.
• Providing dilapidations advice and preparing detailed reports and schedules.
• Preparing specifications, scopes of work and tender documentation.
• Acting as Contract Administrator on projects under JCT and NEC contracts.
• Managing refurbishment, remedial and maintenance projects from inception through to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting framework commissions and repeat client programmes.
• Taking an active role in developing junior members of the team.
