Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with 4-6 years' PQE and strong professional Building Surveying background.
• Ability to manage client relationships and develop opportunities.
• Strong communication and commercial awareness to deliver high-quality, trusted advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and building surveys including defect diagnosis.
• Manage dilapidations, planned and preventative maintenance, and portfolio/estate management.
• Provide expert witness input and project/refurbishment advice; develop client relationships.
