Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to run autonomous ANP-led clinics across Seaton. You will deliver advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations, and support routine patient demand within GP and community services, with full clinical autonomy and established clinic workflows.

Flexible, sessional work across regional primary care settings, including evenings and weekends, with secure DBS clearance and independent prescribing within scope.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification.
• Independent Prescribing (V300).
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills.
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence.
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions.
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic’s digital systems.
