Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for flexible regional primary care sessions across Greenhithe. This role offers autonomy over clinical practice within established GP and community services, with well-supported clinics and clear pathways.

You will deliver advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations and triage, with safe prescribing within scope and thorough documentation in digital systems.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification required.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) required.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Run autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Manage acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face triage.
• Prescribe safely within scope of competence.
• Review results and handle routine follow-up actions.
• Record accurate clinical notes in the clinic’s digital systems.
