Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for flexible regional primary care sessions across Cromer. This role offers autonomy within established GP and community clinics, with consistent working environment and clear pathways.

You will deliver advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations, prescribe within scope (V300), and provide triage and follow-up in GP and urgent care settings, with fully flexible sessional bookings.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification is required.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) is required.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings is required.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills are essential.
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments is necessary.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence.
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions.
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic's digital systems.
