Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to deliver autonomous ANP-led clinics across Polegate and surrounding primary care sites. You will conduct advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations, and support routine demand within GP and community services.

This flexible locum role offers sessional work with weekday, evening or weekend bookings, empowering you to determine your own schedule while maintaining consistent clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Independent Prescribing (V300)
• Enhanced DBS clearance

Responsibilities

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic’s digital systems
