Job summary

Locum Ready seeks an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to deliver autonomous ANP-led clinics across regional primary care settings in Chulmleigh. You will manage acute and minor illness presentations, conduct triage by phone and face-to-face, and prescribe safely within your scope of competence.

Flexible sessional work with weekday, evening or weekend availability, including ad-hoc or regular bookings, is offered. DBS clearance is required to support community and GP services.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification
• Independent Prescribing (V300)
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments
• Enhanced DBS clearance

Responsibilities

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic’s digital systems
