Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
• Independent/Supplementary Prescriber Qualification (V300).
• Evidence of ongoing continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated and complex conditions.
• Prescribe medications safely within scope of practice.
• Request, interpret and act upon diagnostic investigations.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses in line with guidelines.
• Provide health promotion, preventative care and patient education.
• Refer patients to appropriate secondary care when needed.
