Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is offering a permanent full-time Advanced Clinical Practitioner role in the Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) within the Directorate of Urgent and Emergency Care at Oldham. The position is 37.5 hours per week; an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice is essential and applications from newly qualified to experienced ACPs are welcome.

You will autonomously assess and manage ambulatory patients, work with the ED team, and support GP and NWAS referrals,

• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice is essential.
• Applicants welcomed from newly qualified to experienced ACPs with a passion for admission avoidance.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously assess, investigate and manage same day emergency medical patients.
• In-reach into the Emergency Department and support referrals from GPs and NWAS.
