Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join a GP practice in Guildford. The role offers structured, well-supported clinical sessions with autonomy and clear workflows in a busy primary care setting.

You will work alongside GPs and wider clinical staff to deliver comprehensive assessments, make safe clinical decisions, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes across urgent care, routine appointments and triage. Flexible ad-hoc or regular shifts available.

Competenze

• ACP training at Level 7 required or desirable.
• Independent Prescribing qualification (V300) desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency settings.
• Enhanced DBS and up-to-date clinical training.

Mansioni

• Managing same-day and routine ACP appointments.
• Assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of presentations.
• Supporting on-the-day demand through telephone triage.
• Prescribing independently where qualified.
• Actioning results, referrals and follow-up tasks.
