A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to work autonomously in a GP surgery. The ACP will assess, diagnose, treat, and prescribe for patients with minor illnesses and acute conditions. This role offers flexibility with 10-hour shifts, aiming to improve patient access and reduce GP workload. Ideal candidates should have an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, Independent Prescriber qualification, and experience in primary care. A commitment to high-quality patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (NMC), Paramedic (HCPC), or Allied Health Professional.
• Experience in Primary Care or GP Surgery.
• Experience prescribing autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with minor illness and acute conditions.
• Prescribe safely and independently in accordance with national guidelines.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS Web.
