Job summary

ASI Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Workshop Support Administrator / Parts Coordinator near Gomshall. The role focuses on parts management, order processing and internal workshop administration to keep the team running smoothly.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, in a non-customer-facing role, collaborating closely with technicians to ensure parts are correct and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Motor trade experience essential.
• Good understanding of vehicle parts and workshop processes.
• Strong organisational and computer skills.
• Experience ordering parts and liaising with suppliers.
• Accurate data entry and order tracking.

Responsibilities

• Order parts for workshop technicians.
• Check incoming parts and deliveries.
• Ensure correct parts supplied.
• Manage and track orders in computer systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding parts/deliveries.
• Assist technicians with parts-related queries.
• Keep parts and workshop administration organised.
• Monitor outstanding orders to ensure timely arrival.
• Collaborate with technicians and workshop team.
