In this hands-on role, you will develop the team, improve processes and maximise profitability while maintaining safety and quality across all workshop activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive workshop environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to monitor technician productivity and workshop profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the workshop and workshop team.
• Organise technician workloads, scheduling and loading.
• Ensure technicians work productively and efficiently.
• Monitor and improve technician productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure work is completed to required technical and quality standards.
• Maintain workshop health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve workshop efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with Service Advisor, Parts Manager and General Manager.
• Develop the workshop team and improve processes.
