Job summary

Lloyd Motor Group is seeking a talented Videographer & Editor to join our Marketing team at the head office in Carlisle, with regular travel to our network of retailers. You’ll shoot and edit engaging automotive content for YouTube features, social content and major campaigns, bringing vehicles, people and stories to life.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative video professional within one of the UK’s leading automotive groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit high-quality automotive video content across Lloyd Motor Group.
• Produce vehicle walkarounds with salesperson presenters.
• Coach and direct branch Video Champions for natural performances.
• Create 2–4 YouTube videos monthly plus short-form content.
• Produce vertical content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Film premium vehicles, launches, events and campaigns.
• Develop stories around vehicles, people and customer experience.
• Understand video pacing, storytelling, sound design and attention.
• Capture audio and lighting on location with high production standards.
• Edit footage: colour correction, audio finishing, captions, basic graphics.
• Create platform-ready versions, thumbnails and assets.
• Maintain a consistent Lloyd Motor Group video style across brands and locations.
• Manage projects independently and deliver on deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to review performance and improve output.
• Travel across the Lloyd Motor Group network regularly.
