Job summary

Aspire Recruitment in the United Kingdom seeks a Light Vehicle Tutor to deliver high-quality training and assessment for Levels 2 and 3 learners at a Trafford Park centre. The role is full-time and permanent, with four teaching days and one admin day, supporting learners to progress within the automotive industry.

The successful candidate will maintain IQA duties, stay current with industry developments, and ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive vocational experience in Light Vehicle sector.
• Experience delivering or assessing Levels 2 and 3.
• Teaching, training, learning and assessment background.
• IQA qualification or experience in IQA activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver centre-based Light Vehicle training and assessment at Levels 2 and 3.
• Plan and deliver face-to-face and blended learning programmes.
• Manage caseloads, monitor progress, and support KPIs.
• Mark learner work and provide structured feedback.
• Track learner progress using digital systems.
• Mentor learners to boost engagement and achievement.
• Support IQA activities and maintain standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and CPD.
• Ensure safeguarding and health and safety processes are followed.
