Qualifications

• Level 3 in Automotive Technology or HGV is required.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one within the agreed timescale.
• GCSE English and Maths at Level 2 (or Functional Skills equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess Automotive Technology programmes across levels, incorporating practical workshop activities and e-learning.
• Design coherent schemes of work and lesson plans aligned with industry standards and awarding organisations.
• Act as course/personal tutor, set targets, monitor progress, and provide pastoral and academic support.
• Develop links with local employers to enhance student employability and industry engagement.
