Qualifications

• A time‑served Vehicle Technician with practical workshop experience.
• A current MOT Tester qualification is preferred.
• A valid full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, maintain and repair customer vehicles to high standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, warranty work and manufacturer approved repairs.
• Conduct MOT tests in line with regulations and procedures.
• Use diagnostic equipment and information to identify and fix faults.
• Stay up to date with VW Group bulletins, procedures and training.
• Complete workshop documentation accurately.
• Maintain safety, quality and customer service standards.
• Keep the working area professional, organised, clean and safe.
