Qualifications
- Time-served Vehicle Technician with relevant practical workshop experience.
- Current MOT Tester qualification.
- Valid full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, maintain and repair customer vehicles to high standards.
- Carry out routine maintenance, warranty work and manufacturer-approved repairs.
- Conduct MOT tests in line with regulations and procedures.
- Use diagnostic equipment and information to identify and resolve faults.
- Stay up to date with VW Group bulletins and training.
- Complete workshop documentation and job records accurately.
- Maintain safety, quality and customer service standards.
- Keep the working area professional, organized, clean and safe.
