Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, maintain and repair customer vehicles to high standards.
• Carry out routine maintenance, warranty work and manufacturer-approved repairs.
• Conduct MOT tests in line with regulations and procedures.
• Use diagnostic equipment and technical information to identify faults.
• Keep up to date with VW Group technical bulletins and training.
• Complete workshop documentation accurately and maintain safety and cleanliness.
