Job summary

Waylands Volvo Gloucester is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team. The role supports servicing and repairing customer vehicles at a busy Volvo dealership.

You will use current diagnostic equipment, but the role is predominantly non-diagnostic with a focus on right-first-time work and productive efficiency. We offer 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri with Saturday rota), an attractive £50K OTE, 31 days holiday, benefits platform, training and career progression, and a contributory

Qualifications

• Time served in vehicle maintenance or repair.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• A full driving licence is essential.

We are looking for an experienced Technician to work alongside our existing dedicated team at our Volvo dealership in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be time served and hold NVQ or equivalent qualifications to Level 3.

What’s the role?

Although this is predominantly not a diagnostic role, you must be able to use current diagnostic equipment, have a proven track record in delivering 'right first time' work and have good communication skills.

In this role you will work towards productivity and efficiency targets, and repair and service customer vehicles. Main dealer experience would be preferred; however full training will be given. A full driving licence is essential.
