Job summary

Waylands Automotive Limited in Petersfield is seeking an experienced Technician to join our Service Centre team. The role focuses on servicing and repairing customer vehicles, using current diagnostic equipment with a commitment to right first time work, and delivers quality customer service.

We value time-served technicians with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and a full driving licence. We offer 40 hours per week, a generous basic salary with OTE £38K, and opportunities for training and career

Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 16representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.

We are looking for an experienced Technician to work alongside our existing dedicated team at our Service Centre in Petersfield. The successful candidate will be time served and hold NVQ or equivalent qualifications to Level 3.

What’s the role?

Although this is predominantly not a diagnostic role, you must be able to use current diagnostic equipment, have a proven track record in delivering 'right first time' work and have good communication skills.

In this role you will work towards productivity and efficiency targets, and repair and service customer vehicles. Main dealer experience would be preferred; however full training will be given. A full driving licence is essential.
