Job summary

ABL Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver automotive training across a large dealer network and a growing OEM. You will create engaging classroom and online content and work with cross-functional teams to keep training up to date with latest products and diagnostic procedures.

This office-based role in Birmingham includes UK travel and occasional international assignments, a strong emphasis on hands-on teaching, clear communication, and professional representation of

Qualifications

• Experience delivering automotive technical training within OEM/dealer/automotive training environments.
• Strong understanding of automotive diagnostic processes, systems and aftersales operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programmes across the dealer network with engaging learning experiences.
• Develop training materials, online content and product training courses.
• Provide technical expertise to internal departments as a subject matter expert for aftersales activities.
• Maintain training equipment, workshop facilities and diagnostic tools for effective delivery.
• Support development and delivery of new product, technical and Aftersales training programmes.
• Collaborate with engineering, diagnostics and technical teams to keep content up to date.
• Assist with dealer development initiatives and continuous improvements in training.
• Support training activities across the UK and internationally when required.
