Qualifications

• Experience in automotive training environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technologies.
• Experience delivering technical training to automotive technicians or similar audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to automotive technicians and relevant personnel.
• Provide practical and classroom-based technical instruction.
• Support learners in developing understanding of vehicle systems, technology and diagnostic processes.
• Deliver training in line with technical standards and requirements.
• Adapt training delivery to accommodate different levels of technical knowledge and experience.
• Provide clear explanations of complex technical information.
• Support practical demonstrations, assessments and hands-on learning activities.
• Maintain high standard of technical accuracy and learner engagement.
• Provide feedback on learner performance and identify areas for development.
• Work collaboratively with the wider technical training team.
