Job summary

Kwik-Fit (GB) Ltd is seeking a Technical Trainer Grade 1 to deliver technical training programmes at the Automotive Training Academy in Sheffield. The role supports apprentices and existing staff, focusing on practical mechanical and customer service skills related to hybrid and electric vehicles, MOT, and related areas.

The trainer will report to the Technical Training Delivery Manager and contribute to ongoing development of training content, assessments, and compliance with awarding bodies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training programmes.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging training content.
• Understanding of learner needs and different learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technical Training programmes for apprentices and colleagues.
• Maintain training materials and assessments to required standards.
• Coordinate with Training Content Developer for material improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with motor industry developments and CPD.
• Evaluate training programmes and seek continuous improvement.
