Job summary

Kwik-Fit (GB) Ltd is seeking a Technical Trainer Grade 1 to deliver technical training at our Derby Training Academy. You will train new apprentices and existing staff, focusing on hybrid and electric vehicles, MOTs and customer care. Travel to other UK sites may be required.

The role reports to the Technical Training Delivery Manager and emphasizes consistency with company policies and quality standards. This permanent, onsite position offers development opportunities within our People Team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technical Training programmes in a professional, consistent manner.
• Complete course documentation, exams and assessments on time.
• Ensure compliance with awarding bodies and maintain training equipment.
• Contribute to the development and updating of training materials.
• Stay technically current through CPD and industry reading.
• Evaluate programmes and encourage stakeholder feedback.
• Engage learners in functional skills throughout training.
