Job summary

RECRUIT.ED LIMITED is seeking a Skills Development Tutor specialising in Automotive and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA). This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid working arrangement in Trafford, with up to £35,000 per year.

You will train and mentor learners across programmes, helping them build essential knowledge, skills and behaviours for career progression. We are looking for an experienced Automotive professional who can teach, coach and assess effectively, and who holds a DET or is

Qualifications

• 5+ years' vocational Automotive industry experience.
• 12 years' teaching, learning and assessment experience.
• Relevant professional/industry qualifications.
• Experience working within quality and Ofsted standards.
• A DET or equivalent, or willingness to work towards one.
• Strong communication, coaching and learner engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support your own learner caseload.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face and blended learning.
• Plan and develop high-quality learning materials.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on learner work.
• Track learner progress and provide support where needed.
• Support internal quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain your own industry knowledge and professional development.
