Job summary

You'll work 40 hours per week, with training delivered by Calex UK in partnership with the dealership; block-release training at The Performance Academy, Coventry, and online learning throughout.

Qualifications

• GCSE/National 5 Maths and English (A–C / 9–4) required or predicted.
• Interest in vehicle servicing and repair across petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric.
• Good problem-solving, teamwork, and willingness to travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in routine servicing and maintenance tasks.
• Support fault-finding using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Learn to repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Record work, parts used, and service activity accurately.
