Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford is hiring a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join Marshall Motor Group. This full-time role (45 hours per week, includes Saturdays on a rota) offers a base of £31,958 with bonus, life assurance and a pension, plus generous leave and staff discounts.

You’ll be the link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings, updates and follow-ups, and advising on maintenance and service plans to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused candidate with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage workload and customer base under pressure.
• Experience in front-of-house service and workshop liaison is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Be the link between customers and workshop from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers at front of house and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Complete admin tasks accurately and advise on maintenance, repairs and service plans.
