Job summary

Marshall Volkswagen Barnstaple is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join the Marshall Motor Group family. You will act as the crucial link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings, updates and service recommendations.

We offer a £30,762 basic salary plus bonus, 45 hours per week (including Saturday mornings on a rota), 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance and a pension, plus staff discounts and exclusive perks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the link between customers and workshop from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers at front of house and keep them updated throughout the service.
• Complete admin tasks accurately and advise on maintenance and service plans.
