Qualifications

• Experience working with automotive sales systems is required.
• Strong numerical and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate industry and market reports using sales and automotive market data.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Support the sales team with accurate reporting and commercial insights.
• Coordinate communication between customers, dealers and internal departments.
• Support sales operations and help ensure smooth day‑to‑day processes.
• Assist with fleet and Motability sales activities.
• Support pricing activities for campaigns and quarterly sales initiatives.
• Help ensure commercial activities align with wider business objectives.
• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer requests.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and customer information.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing events and sales activities.
• Support the management of POS materials and dealership sales support initiatives.
