Job summary

Vertu Renault Gloucester is seeking a Business Manager to support the sales team, present customer deals, and drive performance across the department. A full UK driving licence is required, with DBS and background checks part of pre-employment processes.

The role focuses on selling new and used vehicles, along with add-ons and finance options, while maintaining exceptional customer service. We offer a competitive basic salary with an industry leading OTE, a company car, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of financial and insurance product communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Build and present deals to customers following qualification from the sales team.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and driving performance.
• Assist in managing daily actions and direct customer interaction as a priority.
• Sell a mix of new and used vehicles with add-ons, finance, paint protection, warranties and insurances.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
