Marshall Motor Group in Ashford is seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive to guide customers through the car-buying journey and build lasting relationships. You'll tailor solutions across new/used vehicles and finance/insurance options, supported by a bespoke 3-day Sales Training course.

The role offers a £27,000 basic salary with £50,000+ OTE (uncapped), a company car, and guaranteed first-month earnings of £3,333. 40 hours per week with weekend rota.

• Previous sales experience in automotive or fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Good communication and ability to build rapport in a target-driven setting.
• Customer-centric attitude with a can-do approach and brand representation focus.

• Guide customers through every stage of their car-buying journey from enquiry to handover.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding needs and offering suitable solutions including finance/insurance.
• Participate in a bespoke 3-day Sales Training course to learn the customer journey.
