Brayleys Cars Limited in Thurrock is seeking proactive Sales Executives to join our Suzuki dealership. You will drive a high‑quality 360 sales process, engaging customers in showroom, phone and online channels to deliver an exceptional experience.

The role offers a £22,500 base plus an uncapped bonus potential, with realistic earnings over £65,000 for top performers. A full UK driving licence is required and there are strong career development opportunities within Brayleys.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or high‑value sales environments.
• Proven ability to deliver first‑class customer service in person or remotely.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify customers, guiding them through a full 360 sales process.
• Maximise profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Manage enquiries and steer customers from welcome to negotiation and close.
• Interact with customers in showroom, on the phone and online to deliver a great experience.
