Job summary

ACS Automotive is seeking a Sales Development Executive to join our internal sales team in Southwater, West Sussex. Basic salary £28,000–£32,000 with an uncapped performance bonus, full-time and office-based, Monday to Friday.

Role involves outbound calls, introducing products and services, and building relationships with decision-makers. The position requires automotive sales experience and strong communication skills, with full product and industry training provided.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience required across car, commercial, or automotive telesales contexts.
• CRM proficiency and basic IT skills to keep records up to date.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from targeted databases.
• Introduce products and services to potential clients.
• Identify customer requirements and purchasing intentions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and arrange follow-up activity for the field sales team.
• Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Follow up prospects via telephone and email.
