A driving licence is essential and full training is provided to drive successful outcomes. The position emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service and achieving individual sales targets within a supportive, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and sales with a proven track record.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to prospect, create opportunities and deal with enquiries.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills and desire to delight customers.
• Willingness to work a 5–6 day rota including weekends and hold a driving licence.
