Senior / CRM Specialist (9 month contract)

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior or CRM Specialist for a 9-month contract to support the execution of cross-channel communications for our emerging e-commerce platform. Key responsibilities include driving platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics through channels such as push notifications, email, and in-browser messages.

The Senior / CRM Specialist will report directly to the CRM Manager and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams. The candidate must have a deep understanding of the company's products, identify customer touchpoints, and propose actionable strategies to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess strong research and communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Creative, Tech) to develop effective GTM strategies.
  • Assist the CRM Manager in planning and executing CRM campaigns and programs.
  • Manage segmentation, automation, optimization, evaluation, and reporting of the user lifecycle.
  • Drive metrics such as platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage (e.g., DAU/MAU, purchases).
  • Analyze and improve CRM initiatives through A/B testing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, trading, and derivatives.
  • Interest in and familiarity with financial news is preferred.
  • Proficient in executing campaigns and managing automation with rigorous A/B testing.
  • Excellent command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ownership, responsibility, and commitment.
