Zusammenfassung

Group Lotus is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Inspector at our Hethel facility in Norfolk. This temporary, immediate-start role will support the Manufacturing team by addressing DPV production issues and driving corrective actions.

You'll perform root-cause analysis, develop processes, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure WES fitness and timely defect closure. The role offers weekly pay via agency and ends by 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Automotive manufacturing experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driving license required.

Aufgaben

• Resolve production DPV issues with root-cause analysis.
• Conduct studies and assist in resolving product and process concerns.
• Document process changes to cross-functional teams.
• Provide troubleshooting support to prioritize high-priority DPV.
• Develop shop floor processes to ensure permanent corrective actions.
• Perform multi-disciplinary studies with other departments to drive improvements.
• Assist in responding to Field Control actions promptly.
• Follow 4P's and process audits to ensure WES fit-for-purpose.
• Meet deadlines and support line supervision with defect closure.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Adhere to Lotus ROAD behaviours.
