Job summary

Infotel UK is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA and service management across automotive technology programmes. You will work with automotive clients, engineering teams, product owners and delivery teams to ensure high standards of quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Prior QA leadership experience in automotive or similar tech.
• Experience with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or UNECE standards is desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies, standards, processes, and governance across automotive programmes.
• Lead QA and service delivery teams across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Manage and improve Ticket Processing & Tracking across ITSM tools.
• Facilitate and execute regular stakeholder workshops.
• Produce and maintain management reports, dashboards and performance metrics using tools such as Power BI.
• Validate and analyse problem lists to identify trends, risks and data quality issues.
• Prepare reporting packs and visualisations to support informed decision-making.
• Work closely with engineering, software, cloud, data, and vehicle teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Monitor and report on QA KPIs, defects, risks, and overall quality status to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Support compliance with relevant automotive standards and customer quality requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement across QA processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Mentor and develop QA professionals and build a strong quality culture across delivery teams.
