Job summary

Infotel UK is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA and service management across automotive technology programmes. You will partner with automotive clients, engineering teams and delivery leaders to ensure high standards of quality, reliability and compliance across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Manager or senior QA role.
• Experience in automotive or automotive technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with enterprise clients.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Power BI for reporting.
• Knowledge of automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155/R156) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies, standards, processes and governance across automotive programmes.
• Lead QA and service delivery teams across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Manage and improve ticket processing and tracking across ITSM tools.
• Facilitate and run regular stakeholder workshops.
• Produce and maintain management reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Analyse problem lists to identify trends, risks and data quality issues.
• Prepare reporting packs and visualisations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, data and vehicle teams to mitigate quality risks.
• Monitor and report QA KPIs, defects, risks and overall quality to senior stakeholders.
• Support automotive standards compliance and customer quality requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement across QA processes and tools.
• Mentor QA professionals and build a strong quality culture.
