Job summary

Computer Futures is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality strategy across embedded software, firmware, and hardware products. You will own testing lifecycle, define frameworks, and drive continuous improvement with R&D and product teams.

The role demands experienced QA leadership, strong automation, HIL validation, and a track record of delivering robust, release-ready quality across complex engineered systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, or related field.
• Proven QA/test engineering/validation experience in embedded software or hardware products.
• Leadership experience managing QA/test engineering teams.
• Hands-on testing, automation, and scalable validation strategies.
• Experience with HIL or equivalent embedded validation environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own QA/test strategy across the full product lifecycle.
• Establish test frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Drive coverage from unit to end-to-end testing.
• Lead QA ceremonies and develop the QA team.
• Collaborate with R&D, product, and support to plan tests.
• Provide release readiness and quality reporting.
