Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD in Motherwell is seeking Production Operators for a long-term manufacturing role. You will operate production machinery, monitor performance, and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery as part of a team to produce automotive parts.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as required.
• Carry out visual quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Record production data accurately using computer systems.
• Pack finished goods and prepare them for shipment.
• Follow company procedures and maintain high safety and quality standards.
