Job summary

MTrec Ltd in the Washington area is recruiting for production and manufacturing roles. You will operate machinery, perform quality inspection, and carry out hand assembly and despatch duties to support the production line.

Join a fast-paced team with a focus on safety and efficiency. A rotating three-shift pattern is in place, with early, afternoon, and night shifts, providing varied hours and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibilities on the job.
• Ability to work accurately in a busy production setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out machine operating duties as directed by supervisor.
• Perform quality inspections on components and finished goods.
• Hand assemble automotive components as required.
• Assist with despatch and inventory tasks per supervisor instructions.
• Participate in daily team meetings and prioritise workloads.
• Maintain health & safety standards at all times.
• Operate forklifts in compliance with company requirements where applicable.
